Information that indicates non-compliance with our basic principles and legal requirements will be examined carefully and in strict confidence by our compliance officer. With the aim of providing complete information, we offer the opportunity to report anonymously via our whistleblow & feedback form as well as directly by email or in a personal conversation with our compliance officer.
We do not tolerate any discrimination against whistleblowers or anyone who contributes to investigations at Kufner. Of course, those affected are presumed innocent until a violation is proven.
All information is checked and evaluated in a first step. Only if this assessment indicates a suspected violation will an investigation be initiated. The results of the investigation are then evaluated and appropriate measures are initiated.
